Our Admissions Team is Here to Assist You

Our Admissions Director works closely with families, physicians, hospitals, and discharge planners to arrange smooth and orderly transitions to Laurel Square Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. The facility accepts admissions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Applications for admission, as well as a tour of the facility, can be made by calling Laurel Square at (215) 224-9898 and asking for our Admissions Department.

Laurel Square provides long-term care placement for residents who need 24-hour medical care and short-term admission for those who require skilled therapies and nursing care to ensure that residents can return to their homes in a safe manner. Laurel Square also provides respite and hospice care.

Laurel Square accepts Medicare, Medicaid, HMO and private insurance as well as private pay. Fee schedule information is available upon request.
