
Gloria Keyes, NHA
Administrator
Gloria joined the Laurel Square Team in January 2021. She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Pennsylvania with three years of experience in long term care administration. Gloria holds an MS in Biomedical Science concentrating in Aging and Long Term Care Administration from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a BS in Biology from Alvernia University. Gloria believes in supporting her team in providing the best environment for residents and staff.

Delourdes Toussaint, RN, BSN Director of Nursing
Delourdes began leading the Nursing Department in February 2020, following a 22-year career in the nursing field. A Community College of Philadelphia alumnus, she earned a Bachelor’s of Nursing from Immaculata University and is also a current member of APIC and NADONA. She emphasizes collaboration among staff and is focused on providing holistic, personalized care for each and every resident.

Autumn Cotter
Director of Rehabilitation
Autumn, who earned a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University, has been a physical therapist for 20 years and joined this location 18 years ago. While her extensive background includes experience in acute care, orthopedics, long-term care and other rehabilitation settings, Autumn most enjoys helping the elderly population regain their skills to live their best quality of life.

Monica Ericksen
Social Service Director
Monica has worked in the healthcare field for the past 23 years, including 13 years as a psychiatric social worker. With Laurel Square from its start, Monica earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in social work from Temple University. She has worked in this facility for 15 years. Monica says building relationships with the residents, who each have a unique story, and fostering a family-like community are her favorite parts of her job.

Kevin McTague
Therapeutic Recreational Director
Kevin comes to Laurel Square with over 13 years of experience in therapeutic recreation. Working in all levels from independent living to memory care, Kevin has a diverse range of abilities and ideas to ensure all residents can enjoy and engage in our programs. He takes a resident-focused approach to activities to truly get to know each individual. Additionally, Kevin has a background in music composition, recording, and performance.

Gloria Lighty
Business Office Manager
Gloria is in her third year of service with Laurel Square. She works with the residents and their families to ensure financial matters and stay approvals are addressed quickly and accurately. She has a B.A. in Business Administration and years of experience in healthcare. She works closely with local government entities to secure any financial coverage required to obtain medical assistance benefits. Gloria aims to bring financial peace to all residents so they can focus on their own care and comfort.

Terri Weissinger
Human Resources Director
Terri has 22 years of experience in long-term care. She joined Laurel Square in February 2020, returning to the East Oak Lane community where she was raised. As part of the Laurel Square team, Terri forms and oversees strategic staffing plans, training and development, and other staff policies.

Lamar Stewart
Maintenance Director
Lamar is a certified electrician who graduated from the Orleans Technical Institute in 2003. He spent six years working in the trades and developing his plumbing, HVAC and carpentry skills before entering healthcare in 2009. He served as the maintenance director of a suburban Philadelphia skilled nursing facility for nearly 10 years and then joined Laurel Square in January 2018. He is proud to positively impact residents by creating a safe and comfortable environment.

Marcella Evans
Housekeeping & Laundry Services Supervisor
Marcella has spent 13 years working in long-term care and has been part of the Laurel Square team for the past three years. Marcella, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Pennsylvania, coordinates with staff and residents to maintain a healthy and safe environment. Conversations with residents are her favorite part of the job.
