Meet Your July Resident of the Month: Jerry W.
Hi. My name is Jerry W. and I have been teaching Sunday School in the church for over 20 years. I am an active member of Mount Ephraim Baptist Church, and presently I hold the position of Sunday School Superintendent.
I worked with the Philadelphia School District for 42 years and officially retired in 2021. During this time I was an Adult Educator and then became an Adult Administrator.
I’ve been at Laurel Square for two months and it is my pleasure to join the Recreation Team. Laurel Square is allowing me to host Bible Study classes twice a month during the 1st and 3rd week of the month. I am very excited to be working with adults again and to be teaching the word. I feel honored for this opportunity and look forward to a great experience. I really enjoy living at Laurel Square.
